GTCHS is the first public charter school in the state of South Carolina. The school is located on the main campus of Greenville Tech College with an excellent reputation and offering college classes and up to two associate degrees. Last year, GTCHS had a 100% graduation rate. Despite these accomplishments and many more, as a public charter school GTCHS does not receive state or local funding for transportation, facilities or athletics. GTCHS is also a middle college and our students have the opportunity to attend college while still in high school at low cost to the student’s family. In order to bridge the funding gap and help meet the needs of our students, we depend on the generosity of our community and the support of events like this.
